On Saturday 23rd of September 2023, marked the 20 Year Anniversary of The Custom Kitchen Company and it was celebrated! It was a surprise party in the making for over a year, but it was all worth it to see the look on Adam’s face when he finally realised it was all for him!
Thank you so much to everyone who attended the party, gave gifts, and cards, and congratulated Adam! Thank you to all of our Employees for all the incredible hard work you all do, a successful Business isn’t one without loyal and dedicated Employees – We are truly grateful for each of you! Thank you to our valued Customers, Suppliers and Builders – We appreciate your continued support and ongoing business, without you, we also wouldn’t have a successful Business! Thank you to all of Adam’s friends who attended – You’ve all known him for a long time, and I know it meant a lot to him that you came to congratulate him and celebrate with a bevvy or three! A special Thanks goes out to some wonderful people who made the trip over from Adelaide…Sarah, Adam’s Daughter and her partner Tom, Ron, Riley, and Andy & Phil from Polytec for making the trip over too! Thank you to Renee’s Daughters Bree and her partner, Callum, and Alivia for making the trip down from Whyalla and using Alivia’s Birthday as part of the decoy in the hope Adam didn’t suspect anything about this party! Lastly, a MASSIVE Thank you goes out to Renee, not just for organising the beautiful cake, but for the endless hours back and forth trying to sort out the finer details as time got closer and for the hours you and the girls put in on the day to help set it all up! Thank you all very much again everyone, it was a truly amazing night had by everyone, but most of all, Adam! Adam, you have done exceptionally well to keep the Business going for as long as you have... And not just any Business, but an incredibly successful one at that!
You’ve been through some very stressful and challenging times over the years, but even more so in the last few years, however, you have stood strong and dealt with it all incredibly well and for that, we applaud you!
You have supported other local Businesses, donated to local and national Charities, provided beautiful Cabinetry to thousands of Customers all over the Eyre Peninsula and you’ve received multiple Awards for various achievements!
Most importantly though, your Employee retention is something to be very proud of. There have been 10 Employees who have been with the Business long enough to reach their Long Service Leave entitlement (10 years +)...
This is a huge achievement in itself and says a lot about the way you have run the Business!
You have supported, encouraged, mentored and helped in many aspects, and provided an amazing workplace to your Employees!
You are an inspiration to us all, we appreciate the Boss/Man that you are and thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
